个人简介

   有文化，有才华，名如其人，这就是远航学校李文华老师。有韧劲，特别敬业、执着与细心，于是李文华老师成了远航学校首届重点升学班——鸿雁班10班班主任并执教语文学科的不二人选。



2020年8月，远航学校开全省先河，在高一年级15个班级中，设立重点升学班。消息一出，围观者众，许多中考A、B等级学生放弃普高，信心百倍的加入鸿雁班学生行列，开始冲刺本科新征程。


为鸿雁班择优组建一个德艺双馨的教师队伍，是实现该班办班目标的关键一环。远航之美，美在教师。许多教师摩拳擦掌，主动请缨。远航学校的决策者们早就确定了执教鸿雁班的教师标准：学校最有实力、最敬业的老师，透彻了解职教高考政策，之前教学工作深受学生欢迎，自己有强烈意愿的优秀教师。就这样，经层层选拔，一群明确学校该班办学目标、管理办法，有创新思维的“拼命三郎”开始执掌远航学校“鸿雁班”教鞭。李文华就是这个优秀团队中的一员。


让我们一起走进李文华老师：


2013年九月进入四川师范大学学习，主修汉语言文学方面，并加入文学社，书画社等学生社团。


2014年4月进入成都市周边乡镇学校义务支教，任教历史，小学书法。宝贵的支教经历，也让李文华如雏鹰展翅，开始在教坛崭露头角，为他后来在远航学校施展才华打下坚实基础。

2014年6月进入四川师范大学组织的步步高暑期培训中心实训，任教语文，书法。


   2015年四月，参加了德阳市高校书法联盟比赛，获得书法优秀奖，国画三等奖。


2016年参加成都市武侯区书法协会交流论坛会。



2017年3月，参加了成都电视台关于教师当代应具备的教育观的现场访谈


2018年三月至今，进入达州远航职业技术学校工作。在远航学校这个大熔炉中，李文华迅速成长，个人潜力得到充分挖掘。其中在2019年9月在远航学校首届读书节启动仪式上，李文华作了关于读书方法的演讲，师生好评如潮。


2020年9月，李文华老师担任远航学校鸿雁班班主任及并执教语文学科。一年来，在他的悉心教导下，两个鸿雁班学生语文素养大幅提升。同时，做为班主任，李文华老师注重学生人际交往和人生观、价值观教育，班上学风浓厚、班风淳正，同学们的梦想之花，正在远航绽放。



执教鸿雁班，是莫大的荣誉，也有巨大的压力。衷心祝愿李老师快乐工作，桃李满天下！祝福鸿雁班学生在将来的高考中金榜题名，鸿图大展！
